Sustainability

Each crate replaces 10–15 cardboard boxes over its lifetime.

Reusable crates are better for your move and better for the planet.

Our Impact

With 400 rentals per year averaging 35 crates each, we project keeping approximately 140,000 to 210,000 single-use cardboard boxes out of the waste stream annually. Every crate that replaces a stack of cardboard means fewer trees harvested, less water consumed in manufacturing, and less waste headed to the landfill.

Built to Last, Built to Recycle

Our crates are manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the same durable, food-safe plastic used in milk jugs and cutting boards. HDPE is one of the most widely recycled plastics on the planet, and our crates are designed to withstand 750 to 1,100 or more rental cycles before they reach end of life.

When a crate is finally retired, it does not go to a landfill. The HDPE is ground down and recycled into new plastic products, closing the loop. Over its lifetime, a single crate prevents the manufacture, use, and disposal of hundreds of cardboard boxes.

Make your next move a greener one.
